It was a pleasure spending the day with students at our Software Engineering Career Days. Our Chief Technology Officer, Hakan Sağlam, and Chief Engineering Officer, İkbal Namlı, shared insights about Dream Games and the intricacies of game development. Students had the opportunity to learn valuable information about mobile game development and the creation of in-game items, while also gaining hands-on experience. This year, we had a wonderful time spending the whole day with students at the third edition of our Product & Marketing Career Days event. Our Product Director, Batuhan Kalender, and Vice President, Performance Marketing, Ali Şener, gave students insight into Dream Games’ approach to turning ideas into successful products and marketing campaigns. Following the presentations, students showcased the games they designed along with their marketing campaigns, and had the opportunity to present their work to our team leads, receiving feedback and engaging in insightful discussions. It was a great week at Koç University, connecting with students eager to learn about our software engineering and product teams. Our Software Engineering Lead, Zahit Başyiğit, shared valuable insights into the creative and technical processes behind our games, and our Product Director, Ege Ozar, shared how we plan, design, and improve them to ensure players have a great experience. In the fourth edition of our two-month summer internship program this year, our studio interns had the opportunity to develop a mobile game under the mentorship of our team leaders, while our marketing interns created a mobile campaign structure and analyzed growth through continuous experimentation. We are excited to see all the things you’ll do in the future! Today we launched our latest marketing campaign for Royal Kingdom and some of the world’s most famous celebrities came to play! They say LeBron James is always reading but some things can’t stay hidden forever... 👑

We had an amazing time hosting the Product & Marketing Career Days. Our Chief Product Officer, Eren Şengül and Vice President, Performance Marketing, Ali Şener shared valuable perspectives on Dream Games' product strategy and marketing vision. Students had the chance to collaborate on a case study and network with our leads throughout the event.

We visited Bilkent University and METU. Our Chief Technology Officer, Hakan Sağlam, gave an in-depth overview of our game development methods, team structure, and production workflow. We’re excited to see you again at future events!

Our Chief Art Officer, Serdar Yılmaz, along with our Royal Match and Royal Kingdom Art Leads, Özgün Zümrüt, Diren Ayhan, and Mustafa Özkan had an inspiring visit to Anadolu University, where we connected with students to discuss creativity. We also had the opportunity to review student portfolios and share insights. A big thank you to the students and academicians who made this event possible.
