@BekVibes @OriiionInOrbit I'm sorry.. yea the surgery is scary I was struggling with that too but its different in the US my insurance is helping with it. Until then I just try and be mindful of how im moving and try not to trigger one cause the headaches get so severe so fast if im not careful.

@OriiionInOrbit @DreamonRav Unfortunately in my situation nothing can be done. It’s not life threatening enough to get surgery unless I went private, and I can’t afford that. Even if I did do the surgery, it’s a big risk and I could be left paralysed or with brain problems.

@BekVibes :( mine isn't as bad yet just causes tons of weird headaches and pressure, im hoping to get the surgery before it gets worse. Hang in there friend ive found laying down flat helps a lot when you start feeling the pressure building but maybe not if it's more blocked :(

@OriiionInOrbit This is more industrial metal but its not as well known as their more popular stuff.. still i love this album for when i want angry but chaotic, Nine inch nails - Broken. For mathcore one of my favs is Fall of Troy- Doppelganger album.

melodic hardcore and metalcore are my favorite subgenres and anything with any math influence - straight up metal and deathmetal aren’t my faves but i’ll still try anything - and please don’t assume something is too mainstream to suggest i missed a lot of classics i’m sure
