@sleepdiplomat Our recent preprint on the effects of the Uberman polyphasic sleep schedule: biorxiv.org/content/10.110… We saw a >95% decrease of growth hormone after 5 weeks of radically polyphasic sleep, but less severe effects on sleep structure or cognition.
