THE ILLUSION OF LOVE
Before you learned what love truly feels like,
you were taught what the world framed love to look like.
Society packaged love as being desirable, being chosen and being agreeable.
Love became a role you played
instead of alignment with your own soul.
You were conditioned to believe that:
• attention equals affection
• intensity equals intimacy
• possession equals partnership
• validation equals value
• chemistry equals compatibility
But none of these are love.
They are survival patterns created by inner child wounds.
The world taught you to search for love outside yourself,
to earn it through perfection, loyalty, caretaking or compliance.
You learned to confuse attachment for devotion,
adrenaline for passion
and distraction for desire.
Most people aren’t falling in love.
They are falling into their wounds
and calling it destiny.
Real love doesn’t activate your abandonment wound.
It activates your alignment.
It doesn’t make you chase, prove or compete.
It meets you in the mess and offers compassion and coherence.
The Heart Chakra awakens when you finally see through the illusion.
Love was never meant to be a battlefield, a test or a transaction.
• Love doesn’t compete, it compliments.
• Love doesn’t fix, it holds space.
• Love doesn’t judge, it understands.
• Love doesn’t stagnate, it grows.
• Love doesn’t rush, it unfolds.
• Love doesn’t take, it nourishes.
• Love doesn’t silence, it listens.
• Love doesn’t create confusion, it brings clarity.
• Love doesn’t replicate your wounds,
it rewires your nervous system in safety.
If you haven’t descended into your own depths
and found the courage to love what you discovered in the dark,
you will not be able to receive or give the love you claim to be, have or seek.
You cannot recognize a healthy heart
while your own is still guarded by the wounds you still haven’t tended to.
The Heart Opens when you return to the one connection that can never be taken…
the connection with yourself.
The heart cannot open to another
in ways it has not yet opened to itself.
Self-love is not a substitute for connection…
but it is the foundation for it.
It is the frequency that teaches your nervous system what love should feel like
before you share it with someone else.
When you learn to love yourself with honesty and compassion,
you stop chasing illusions,
stop blaming,
and stop confusing chaos, comfort and familiarity with connection.
It’s only when the illusion of what you think love should be collapses
that the heart can finally feel safe enough to open.

THE ONLY BIRD THAT DARES TO ATTACK AN EAGLE IS A CROW, BUT THE EAGLE NEVER FIGHTS BACK. HERE IS WHY:
1. The crow is the only bird bold enough to sit on the eagle's back and peck at its neck.
Relentless. Annoying.
But the eagle... stays calm.
2. The eagle doesn't flap. Doesn't fight. Doesn't waste energy. It does one thing: It rises.
3. The higher the eagle soars. The thinner the air becomes. The crow? It can't handle the altitude.
4. Eventually, the crow gasps. Loses strength...And falls off.Not because the eagle attacked
But because the eagle ascended.
5. Let the crows talk. Let them peck. You don't have to respond. Just keep going higher.
6. They can't follow you forever. Your growth will suffocate their noise. So don't engage. Elevate.
