@stomababe @Channel4 I go to Download festival. The accessibility for ostomates has always been really good and for a lot of disabilities and neurodivergence Download have been good (few issues but no event will be perfect). Accessibility has always been the reason why I'll go to Download festival

@Doristhebassett @stomababe I heard a saying once from one of the stoma nurses I had post op - if it doesn't chew you won't poo 😅😅 It's worked for me so far! Only experienced a blockage with ferrero rocher at Christmas time

@stomababe Chew. Chew. Chew. Just like the nurses say. I had chicken arrabiata on holiday last week - packed with olives, tomatoes, courgettes and chillies. Made sure I didn’t inhale it. I was fine.

@amymannn92 Give me a message, if you need someone to study with or help with uni work or anything like that if I have a day off I will help if I can. The degree is hard enough sometimes and being so close to the end is normally the hardest part physically and mentally. Stay strong 🤗

For the first time in my life I am going to admit I think I have probably bitten off way more than I can chew. Currently chasing my tail, with some insomnia thrown in, back to back shifts at placement with no down time is really hitting me hard😌😭 no proper social life 🥹

@MikeyTwotu @bwdphotocanada @IBDSuperHeroes Do you have any laxatives or any diet/ fluid changes?? Are you drinking coffee or pure fruit juices? Or high fibre foods may increase your output? Or have you had less carbs/more liquid diet? All of them change my output and can be a real pain.
