Although, I did use the bacon grease from the bacon I cooked for the salad to roast some stuffed mushrooms later. It just didn't feel right to just dispose of it.

@NatalkaKyiv @LoisAceLane lol my dad was from West Virginia, he added bacon to like damn near every veggie or bacon grease. Like he had a coffee cup he'd just rotate out and throw in various dishes. LIma beans? Bacon grease. Cornbread? Bacon Grease. Eggs? Cook em in bacon grease!
