The mom told the daughter’s friend that since the mom is paying for it that if the daughter’s friend gets the glitter dumpling that she has to hand it over to her daughter who wants it badly. She also said that they would go back to Five Below and get her another one to see if she gets it too. The daughter’s friend ended up getting it and not the daughter so the mom took the glitter dumpling toy from the friend and gives it to the daughter. By doing this, is she teaching her daughter to be entitled and that no matter who she hurts, she gets what she wants?
