Shocking service off @BekoUK regarding fixing a hob. 3 appointments canceled by them 20 minutes later than allotted time saying that the parts haven't arrived. Phoned to complain and told someone from the complaints team would ring me within 24 hrs. Guess what. No phone call.

I genuinely can't get my head around. Welsh rugby supporters not appreciating Adam Beard's contribution at the scrum and lineout maul. Not all locks can carry like Etzebeth etc. Welsh pack functions better with Beard, than without.
