DDAC members have been outstanding in their response, repeatedly gathering to clear up the mess, but what can we do to stop it happening again?

Major issue at Newtownstalaban with Fly Tipping . Someone driving past and repeatedly dumping rubbish across the bridge and into stream below. We must publicly appeal to our community and councilors to help put a stop to this, Litter Warden Martin Reilly a huge help so far.
