You know what? I am going to say it. I like this panel. Sonic showing a moment of genuine stress and internal conflict to the point where he can’t apply his usual ideologies, is a fantastic way to challenge his views in a meaningful way.

just got out of the mario galaxy movie i dunno, maybe it's because my expectations were already tempered, but i actually liked it more than the first movie? lol it was a fun watch with the homie

@PersonthePerso2 If a character serves no purpose to the plot (yet) then they have no reason to be there, lest the writers risk bloating the story with unnecessary characters.

There is 100% a middle ground between throwing in every character you can in your adaption like Mario and dripfeeding characters every movie like Sonic Like I don’t think we needed Fox McCloud in a Mario Galaxy but I also don’t think we needed to wait 4 movies for Amy lol

The ENTIRE section with the babies was pointless. Had Bjr used the first weapon he picked up it would’ve led into the same situation, but minus the fluff.
