I used a 1:2 liquid dish soap and isopropyl alcohol release agent. It's nice that you can spray it out of a airbrush for application ☺️

I am trying to give it an impression that the chest thrusters can rotate up and down.

I want to re-angle and detail his chest to get rid of the "saggy" look.

Despite being a 40 year kit, there is an undescribable charm to it. I am in love! My copy was reprint in the 1990s and originally imported to a shop in Hong Kong. After sitting on my bookshelf for literally a decade, I finally gathered enough courage to take on the challenge.

@spikmaster_18 😅 I'll try my best to modernize this kit for sure. I initially had some really wild plans but the more I look at it, the more I want to keep some of the original design elements.

@DropColony Imagine this thing alongaide the Bishop Zaku being build with modern Gunpla technology (please not as MSD kit).....

@BoazChiu I have been constantly fighting the idea of lengthening it. On one hand, the legs are short for sure but then there is something about this stance really convey the sense of weight of bolting 8 rockets to a zaku as a way to test feasibility of Zeong.

@DropColony I love this guy but every time I see a new straight build it the lower body looks shorter and shorter... as everyone built it nowadays lengthens it.

Trying to see if I can fix my Sujiborido BMC 3.0mm chipping. @BrianUy1 suggested I change the bevel angle a bit to allow more materials at the tip. I think it improved a bit. What do you think? 🤔

After years of constant resharpening, my Sujiborido BMC 0.1 mm became close to 0.14 mm in width. I tried to take some metal off both side and it is now a 0.9mm. Close enough.
