Quick-fix techniques or proven principles. With the former, you create sand castles. With the latter, you build solid long-term successes. It may look less attractive, less new, less trendy (principles) but in the long run, it is far more powerful.

The real rich people are not the ones who show it off. The real people who bring value are not the ones who constantly talk in meetings. Don't let appearances fool you.
