It was an honor to meet Prof. Amos Abolaji (@amosabolaji) yesterday at the University of Ibadan. I had the privilege of visiting their Drosophila breeding facility and am deeply grateful for our partnership with the DRT Center established last year. Every quarter, students in our mentorship programs at Scholarships Cafe benefit from free six-week training sessions at the center. Most importantly, I discussed the issue of the English proficiency test at UI with him, and he provided valuable insights that I will be following up on next week.
