@mislead if you kill them now in the new patch do they still go to the witches hut? i assume this is the first in a quest chain or somethig?

@GHBSmith can you craft using items in your stash now? that would be amazing...

The cooking UI update is awesome. All recipe types are now categorized and can be swapped through with LB/L1/RB/R1. Makes navigating through recipes so much easier.

@Drozy1 @GHBSmith Yeah, it's fixed now afaik. I was the first to experience the disappearing spirit guide issue and they flagged it for a fix in time for the launch. It should still be there (as shown in Blaine's screenshot) so you could unlock the ability. 👍

Before Crimson Desert released, there was no fast travel point at camp. To unlock the closest one we had to find an item nobody knew existed and unlock an ability nobody knew where to find. It was like 30 hours of some of the best exploring and problem solving good times 😁

@Drozy1 @JasonR_EG Yes, although I think they've fixed it so you can still learn it now. You need to follow the actual road into the area. You'll hit a bit you have to dismount to crawl through, and then see a shining wall. Should be the NPC ghost there to teach you

@GHBSmith That was a "crap I gotta reload" moment: - Missed Focused Force Palm (required to break the wall with the teleporter) 'coz I climbed up the mountains - Was already halfway through Chapter 5 - Next time to learn it would've been Chapter 9 - No choice but to reload Chapter 4 save

@Escape7heMatrix @Dansgaming That's the abyss gear effect, you can take that off and put it on any other melee weapon.

Seems like Weapons and Armor in Crimson Desert have mostly standardized stats. A one handed sword I got late in the game has the same stats and sockets as my starter one handed sword at the same upgrade level. This makes choosing a weapon mostly a cosmetic choice.

So I saw a big flying ship in Crimson Desert. Thought I'd go try land on it. After a couple of failed attempts, found a merchant 😆 Sold me 3 Abyss Artifacts for 29 copper each, and sells a bunch of stuff I've not seen on a vendor before. Game never stops surprising.

@WillJPowers @CrimsonDesert_ Any thoughts for adding some type of a language filter? my younger son is enjoying watching me play so far but holy F bombs batman...

@PaulTassi so whats the story on the non horse mounts? are they permanent? did pearl abyss confirm? if no, do you think they will patch game to make them permanent?

Honestly terrified to even say what I just realized I should have been doing at hour 135 of Crimson Desert may my embarrassment be your gain when you complete sealed abyss challenges you aren't automatically getting things, you have to go and manually open each glowing one....

Crimson Desert and Crimson Desserts in the office today. Thanks everyone for an awesome day one. Spent most of the day responding to people and watching people's first moments in Pywel. Amazing to see how people play a game that I've spent 100s of hours in.

@PaulTassi @Forbes id like to just make push R3 to run and like square or something to crouch. also annoying to hit circle too many times when getting out of layers of menus just to accidentily dodge roll into people in town.. or off a cliff
