I'm happy to announce that I will join @UMBCBiology as an assistant professor this August. I will be part of the first UM-FIRST cohort.
The Muñoz-Ballester lab will study how astrocytes response to injury is modulated by sex, with a special focus on mild traumatic brain injury

My work with @qingyuhms on our new TMT-ABPP at @GygiLab is now available online. The new method incorporating streamlined sample prep, TMT multiplexing and FAIMS-hrMS2 allows you to analyze ~18k cysteines across 18 samples starting from 10 ug proteome!
