If you’re the praying type, my family and I could really use some prayers (positive thoughts, vibes, whatever ypi feel) my Nana, our Steelers nana, is very sick with gallbladder issues. She’s 85 and still spunky, but this is causing her immense pain. Every time your grandparent or elderly get sick, it’s always worrisome. We would appreciate all the prayers and love. Also to our small dog Colby who needs some prayers and love 🙏🏼

To those who get really sad around this time or any other time of year this is for you and you aren’t alone. I’m not afraid to share my raw emotions because I know it can help someone out there. Today I had to take a self care day because it hit really hard. 😔 Today sucks. Tomorrow is going to suck too. Probably worse. People can be assholes. It’s going to fucking hurt. Eventually you will have a day that sucks less. There will come a day when you hear their favorite song or look up at the sky and you will think of them and you will smile instead of cry. The empty spot in your heart and soul. Grief fills it up, and you think it’s permanent but it isn’t. Grief makes room. Let love fill it.
