And it’s out! No tweezers or tick fork in my London hotel, so I pinched and twisted it out with my fingernails. I’ve disinfected the wound and will be watching carefully for any rash - as ticks can transmit Lyme Disease. I really hate parasites!

Oh for goodness sake. Just what you want to find before bed. An uninvited guest!
