Not nearly on the same level as flint stones, it progressed to be more family friendly but espially at the start it was quite edgy for the time. It was the first ‘adult cartoon’ for a reason They had smoking ads because flintstones is so old and smoking hadn’t had a horrible reputation health wise yet. Flintstones is designed for a younger audience & always aimed more for that demographic.
