In any city, there are cooler areas, hotter areas and hottest areas. The older parts or more tree covered parts of Bengaluru, are not screaming that much about heat, as the newer and highly concrete areas of the IT corridor in the east.

Today visited Mahindra Blossom Premium Project launched on 23rd Jan, at Whitefield, Bengaluru. Located Opposite to Metro. In 3 days 400 plus/ 733 Flats sold-out.😲😲 These are not cheap flats, its range between 1 & 5 crs. So no fall in RE demand in luxuary & premium space.🤔
