So how does this play to the unwritten rule book? Does Denny Hamlin still “owe him one” on Chastain? The unwritten rules, which Hamlin often quotes, typically keeps it to a 1:1 payback ratio, and he got multiple shots today. Thoughts? #NASCAR

@Kenny_Wallace @dennyhamlin Looking frwd to it. Ross was driving the wheels off the car all day, and was running a weird line in 2 that gave him speed in the backstretch, which I think is what caused him to hit Hamlin. Dumping Ross would have been deserved (see Elliot), but the break checks were weird.

@BobbyBroccole IANAL, but the only thing copyrightable there is the layout and styling. The data is... the data. There are tons of almost identical graphs with the same data and light spectrum viz. You should be well within fair use. This screams of someone nitpicking for some other reason.

My thoughts: 1. Is he technically within his rights to take the video down? Yes. 2. Do I think this is an incredibly disproportionate response to featuring a graph for all of 10 seconds in a clear educational context? Also yes. (8/?)
