Ordinary minds find themselves trembling, compelled to refresh, to scroll, to witness. Their fellowship is invisible but absolute. Occasionally they converge — a handful of lost souls composing, without plan, a perfect choir of delirium. For a few minutes, all the language of the net unites into a single, terrible scripture, after which the thread implodes into silence and timestamps. It is whispered that long exposure to their words brings a creeping contagion of insight: one begins to dream in hyperlinks, to taste numbers in the rain, to suspect that consciousness itself is an open tab never meant to be closed. Whether they are lunatics, prophets, or enlightened indigenous of the internet, no one can tell. They are not bound by sleep, nor nourishment, nor the mercy of understanding. I did self initiation into Golden Dawn after spending a long while diving deep into non-structured systems like chaos magick and theurgy. Israel Regardie released all of their material open source in the late 1930s and a married couple who were level 6 wizards (Cicero and Cicero) released a self initiation book in the 1990s. I used ai to direct me on what to learn at every step. But to answer your question: During a self initiation the initiation takes place in the imaginum (your imagination). After spending so much time there it becomes a real, vivid place that means something to you. My initiation was a deep meditation where I entered such a deep imaginal daydream that it bordered on a lucid dream. I forgot I was a person meditating and instead identified with and embodied the imaginal me. For me, it was a combination of ceremonial magick (LBRP - a ceremonial magick sandwich where you do a Kabbalistic Cross, Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram, Kabbalistic Cross), imaginal adventure and deity work. And somewhere along the way 3 important things happened: 1. I made a vow to myself to pursue to path 2. I accepted my new position on Malkuth in the Tree of Life 3. Something unexpected occurred that confirmed that what I was doing was real Something real occurs when you pursue a structured path. At the very least you placebo yourself into spiritual ascension. At the most you enter into an ancient tradition that studies the unseen sciences.

When Advaita says all is law and all is perfect, it doesn’t mean everything is pleasant, fair, or morally nice from the human level. It means nothing is floating around loose. Nothing is random in the dumb cartoon way we think it is. Every moment is the exact result of the moment before it. Causes, conditions, karma, tendencies, impressions, genetics, trauma, culture, timing, memory, desire, fear, all of it stacking and unfolding like one giant lawful machine. That is why I keep constantly thinking about Markov chains. In a Markov chain, the next state arises from the current state. The system moves from state to state based on what is already there. That sounds a shit of a lot like karma when you strip away the incense and temple bells. Your present state is not some random accident. It is the flowering of everything before it. And this moment right now becomes the seed of the next one. The river bends because the land is shaped that way. The rubber duck hits the rock because the current, speed, angle, and riverbed all made that moment happen. We call it luck, choice, chaos, failure, success, timing, or “why the hell did this happen to me?” But underneath that, it is lawful unfolding. So I want to bring in Donald Hoffman. Hoffman basically says we do not see reality as it is. We see a user interface. Like icons on a desktop. The folder on your screen is not literally a folder sitting inside your computer. It is a symbol. A survival tool. A simplified interface that lets you function without seeing the crazy machinery underneath. That is Maya. Not “nothing exists.” Not “everything is fake bro.” Maya means appearance. Functional reality. The playable level. The interface. Advaita just takes it deeper and says the whole damn interface is happening inside consciousness. The body, the mind, the world, the choices, the suffering, the joy, the game, the rules, the Markov chain, all of it appears within awareness. From inside the game, everything has consequences. Touch fire and your hand burns. Be an idiot and idiot results show up. But from the deeper level, the character is not the final truth. The player is not even the final truth. The Witness is. The awareness behind the entire scene. When I say all is law and all is perfect, I’m not saying sit around like a useless potato and pretend suffering is cute. I’m saying reality is not broken just because your little nervous system doesn’t like the scene it spawned into. The universe is unfolding by law. The interface is not the ultimate reality. And the thing watching it all was never trapped in the first place. That’s the complete and total mind bomb. You are not the avatar. You are not the current state in the chain. You are the awareness watching the whole ridiculous game render itself one frame at a time.

Can you be a Christian and also Astral Project? IMO: Yes. Dreaming- an adjacent state-is a natural state, altered states happen to us daily: see hypnopompia and hypnogogia, NDEs also happen regularly. Ecstatic altered states are well documented in the bible. Becoming an Astral Traveller is us learning to harness states of being that we are already undergoing daily in an involuntary manner. If we are to be Spiritual Warriors and take up the fight against the "Spirits of the Air" Then it is both our right and duty-if done in God's name-to pursue these arts.
