Scientists put porn users in brain scanners and found something disturbing. The heaviest users had less grey matter in the part of the brain that controls willpower. A study at the Max Planck Institute scanned the brains of men with different porn habits. The pattern was clear. More porn consumption correlated with less grey matter in the striatum, a region tied to motivation and reward. They also found weaker connectivity between the reward center and the prefrontal cortex. The prefrontal cortex is the part of your brain that overrides impulses and makes long term decisions. In plain terms, the bridge between wanting something and deciding whether it's a good idea was measurably weaker in heavy users. The researchers were careful. Correlation isn't proof of cause. But the direction was consistent and concerning. Think about what the prefrontal cortex controls. Discipline. Focus. The ability to delay gratification and pursue long term goals. These are the exact traits every man says he wants more of. And the data suggests the habit is quietly working against the very part of the brain responsible for them.

Hunter Biden spent ten years carrying the word Burisma like a brand burned into his name, and then he held it up as a mirror. For a decade it was the accusation meant to bury him. The Ukraine energy company. The board seat. The questions about what a president's son was really being paid for. It followed him through every news cycle, every hearing, every headline. He never beat it by denying it. So he stopped trying. When the old charge came up again, he didn't shrink. He widened the frame. He turned the lens onto the Trump family's own sprawl of business through the current White House and asked the obvious question back. One move. The whole conversation flipped on its axis. The thing he'd carried as shame for years became a question his accusers suddenly had to answer themselves. The corner they built around him became a corner they were standing in too. The fastest way out of a trap is to make everyone look at who built it. Hunter learned that the accusations that follow you longest are the ones you can eventually turn around and point.

In 2018 two rockets fell out of the sky and landed at the exact same moment, side by side, like a synchronized dance. The world had never seen anything like it. The Falcon Heavy was the most powerful operational rocket on earth at the time. It used three boosters strapped together. The question was whether the two side boosters could return and land simultaneously. On February 6, 2018, Falcon Heavy launched on its first ever flight. The riskiest moment in rocketry is always the maiden launch. Musk publicly said it might just explode and he'd be happy if it cleared the pad. It didn't explode. The two side boosters separated, turned around, flew back through the atmosphere together, and touched down within seconds of each other at Cape Canaveral. Standing upright. In perfect symmetry. The sonic booms hit the crowd like cannon fire. People wept watching two skyscrapers land in unison. And on top of that same rocket sat his personal Tesla, headed for deep space. It was engineering as theater. Precision as art. The most watched moment in modern spaceflight.

Elon Musk was so broke starting his first company that he showered at a public gym and slept in the office. Read that again. The richest man on earth couldn't afford rent. In 1995 he and his brother started a company called Zip2. They had almost no money. So they made a decision most people would be too proud to make. They rented a cheap office and lived in it. One mattress on the floor. They slept there, worked there, and washed themselves at a YMCA a few blocks away because the office had no shower. They had one computer. The website ran on it during the day. He coded on it at night. They ate at a cheap fast food place because it was the only thing they could afford and it was close. Four years later Zip2 sold for around 300 million dollars. His cut was 22 million. The man who would later launch cars into space once couldn't afford a bedroom. Everyone sees the empire. Almost no one sees the mattress on the office floor and the showers at the YMCA. That part is always hidden. But that part is where it actually starts.

There is ONE specific level on $BTC that is very important for both the bears and the bulls… 👀 Since yesterday’s post, not much has happened in the short term, but I wanted to highlight the importance of the $65.7k level I’ve been mentioning. As we can see on the weekly chart, that $65.7k level is where we saw, back in March, the lowest weekly candle closing/opening price of the bear market up until a few days ago, when we BROKE that level via a weekly candle close. This creates a clear validation and invalidation case for both the bears and the bulls. As long as we stay under $65.7k on the weekly chart via a candle close, I’m still expecting lower prices. Now, if that $65.7k level is BROKEN via a weekly candle close above it, we must objectively start to entertain more bullish short-mid term rallies higher. The next few weeks of price action should be very interesting… keep a VERY close eye on it!

Let’s take a look at the $BTC short term charts… 👀 As we can see here on the 4H, $BTC found support over the weekend around the $60k level and has since seen a small bounce back toward $64k. Now that we’re seeing a bit of green, a lot of the timeline is beginning to turn bullish again, which is why I want to give the two most likely scenarios: both a bull case and a bear case. The bull case is simple. We MUST break above the strong macro resistance around $65k via a weekly candle close. This level is crucial for the bulls to reclaim if we want any sort of short term rally to play out. If we do break above that level, I think we could see a rally all the way back toward the 200 EMA on the 4H. Now, in my opinion, the most likely scenario is the bear case, where we retest the $65k resistance level and then see a strong rejection. Until we BREAK that level, we must assume more downside is still in play, as we are clearly still in a downtrend. Remember not to let price action make you too emotional, especially in the short term. It’s important to stay objective and understand where the key levels for both the bull and bear scenarios lie. Keep a close eye on this chart over the coming days!

Jeff Bezos sent one email to every new Amazon employee before their first day. It contained 3 sentences that most people don't understand until it's too late. The email didn't say welcome. It didn't explain the company culture. It didn't list expectations. It said: "You can work long, hard, or smart, but at Amazon you can't choose two out of three." Most business advice tells you to pick one. Work smart, not hard. Bezos said that's a lie comfortable people tell themselves. Every person I've met who built something real worked all three simultaneously. Long hours. Intense focus. And ruthless prioritization of what actually moves the needle. When I first read this I was grinding 14 hour days and feeling productive. Then I looked honestly at what I was actually doing during those 14 hours. Maybe 3 hours of real output. The rest was busy work disguised as effort. Emails that didn't matter. Tasks that felt urgent but changed nothing. I restructured everything the next day. Fewer hours. Every hour aimed at the one thing that actually generated revenue. No fake productivity. No comfort tasks. My income doubled in 60 days. Not because I worked more. Because I finally understood what Bezos meant. Long means you don't quit early. Hard means you do the painful tasks first. Smart means every hour is pointed at the thing that matters most. Two out of three builds a job. All three builds an empire. That's the sentence they should teach in every business school on earth.

Mahatma Gandhi practiced sexual transmutation from age 37 and credited it with the power that moved an entire nation. He called it Brahmacharya. The disciplined channeling of sexual energy toward a higher purpose. He practiced it for the rest of his life and wrote about it openly and often. He said a man who conserves and redirects this energy gains a will that is almost impossible to break. This wasn't a small private habit. This was a man who used that disciplined will to lead hundreds of millions of people to independence without raising a weapon. He believed the same force that creates physical life could be transmuted into the force that changes history. He treated his own restraint as the root of his strength. You can disagree with parts of his life and still see the pattern clearly. He took the most powerful drive in the human body and refused to waste it. The man who freed a nation believed the discipline started with mastering himself first.

Elon Musk cut the cost of reaching space by roughly 90% with one idea everyone told him was naive. The idea was almost embarrassingly simple. Stop throwing the rocket away. Before SpaceX, every orbital rocket was used once and destroyed. Hundreds of millions of dollars of engineering, gone after a single flight. The entire industry accepted this as just the cost of space. Musk asked a child's question. Why don't you reuse it? The experts had complicated answers about why it couldn't be done. He ignored them and spent years crashing rockets trying to land them. Today a single Falcon 9 booster has flown over 20 times. The same rocket. Launched, landed, refueled, launched again. The cost to put a kilogram into orbit dropped so dramatically that missions which were once impossible became routine. Starlink. Crew flights. Science payloads. He didn't invent a new kind of physics. He just refused to accept that the most expensive part of the rocket had to be garbage after one use. The biggest breakthroughs often aren't complex. They're obvious questions nobody was willing to ask out loud.

Making money in a bear market is about understanding narratives Bitcoin bleeds while AI tokens keep printing $WLD up 10% today on strong rumors while everything else is red This is not random The market always has a sector leading when the rest is down Right now that sector is AI $FET, $NEAR : The same tokens that underperform in risk-off environments are the ones that lead when the narrative is strong enough to override macro The edge is not predicting Bitcoin It is identifying which narrative has enough momentum to move independent of BTC And knowing exactly when to enter and when to hold One good indicator is all you need for that If you want to catch these setups before they run the Telegram group is open for everyone
