How small Ireland is compared to where a lot of those who claim they can't find a gaff anywhere else come from.

@Foodtales2026 @SamaHoole no. women consistently selecting outliers did it. the women just kept fucking slightly taller guys. generation after generation. probably some particularly pronounced gene on the female side which caused women to be extra attracted to tall men. it was tall dick fever. not milk

@SamaHoole They didn’t change the genetics. They changed the breakfast. Same population, same DNA, just more milk, cheese, and meat on every table. 20cm in 150 years — the cow did what no policy, programme, or supplement could.

In the mid-1800s, the average Dutch man was 5'4". Shorter than the average American. Shorter than most of their European neighbours. Today the average Dutch man is 6'0". The tallest national population on earth. That is a 20-centimetre transformation in about 150 years. One of the fastest documented height increases in human history. What drove it? Researchers are consistent: dairy. Meat. High-quality animal protein at scale, democratised across the population as prosperity spread. The Netherlands is a dairy farming country. It always was. What changed was that ordinary people, not just the wealthy, could access what the land produced. The Dutch didn't get taller because of a new crop. They got taller because of a cow.

@odhranboyle_ @fatima_gunning Me hole it is. Kings and peasants existed in hierarchical structures from the Mayans to the Ching dynasty, to the Pharaohs, to sultans to African kings. All leveraged prior gains to make more gains, bribery, pay offs, using assets to acquire power and rule. Capitalism.

@DublinTed @fatima_gunning Capitalism is a European invention. 40% of sub Saharan africa lives in poverty, with a child mortality rate 33x that of Europe - all in the most mineral rich continent in the world. But it couldnt be the fault of colonisation 👍

@odhranboyle_ @fatima_gunning Capitalism is not a European invention. The fact is Africas population has boomed massively because of European technology. If Europeans are responsible for African deaths then we're also responsible for a far greater number of births, better life quality, longer lives.

@DublinTed @fatima_gunning Millions of lives exist because of workers. The capitalist system has allowed the profit of these worker’s labour to line the pockets of the employer

@odhranboyle_ @KOT21916 @fatima_gunning Thats the world. Carthaginians, Huns, Ottomans, Umayyad and Abbasid caliphates, Mongols. All invaded and took resources from Europeans. Wiped out 10s of millions with the plague. Barbary pirates. Africa and Asia did it to Europe, Asia did it to Africa. Europe to Africa. History.

Can I get a non-capitalist ultrasound in Africa? No. All the childhood medicine is capitalist origin. Millions of lives exist because of capital

@odhranboyle_ @KOT21916 @fatima_gunning And? Pick a megacity in Africa. Its all built on European/western knowledge. See the lamp-post, the foundations of the buildings, see the concrete, the cars, the glass, the traffic lights, the public lighting. - the price: free. A gift from the colonizers.

@odhranboyle_ @fatima_gunning Corporations invent, manufacture and distribute vaccines and medicines. As well as building materials needed for public sanitation. And the same with vehicles which allow distribution of food. Same with electricity, corporations manufacture infrastructure which lets people live.

@odhranboyle_ @KOT21916 @fatima_gunning And I by yours. You attribute negatives only. Africa would not be in the modern state you know if not for Europeans. I wont be derogatory but lets just say the population would be much lower. So if you're listing the wrongs lets have a go listing the contributions. If you dare.

@RAWigger Hoe math knows the system inside out. FaceandLMS also had it solved. Black Philip/Patrice knew how to work the system. The game is cold. blooded.

The invisible Glass experiment Scientists once placed a transparent glass barrier inside an aquarium. On one side was a fierce pike, and on the other side were several smaller fish swimming freely. When the hungry pike saw the smaller fish, it immediately rushed forward to attack. Bang. It slammed straight into the glass and bounced back. Confused, the pike kept trying again and again, but every attempt ended the same way. The repeated collisions injured its head and knocked off some of its scales. Eventually, the pike became frightened and retreated to a corner of the tank. After some time, the scientists quietly removed the glass barrier. The smaller fish now swam freely throughout the aquarium, even brushing against the pike’s mouth. But the pike never tried to eat them again. Even though it was hungry, it refused to attack. In its mind, the invisible wall was still there. A few days later, the pike reportedly died of starvation, surrounded by food. This phenomenon is often referred to as the Pike Effect or Pike Syndrome. It’s often used as a metaphor for how repeated failure can create invisible limits in the mind.

Chris - The Vibe-Based Systems Engineer™️
Hi! Missile Defense System expert here. There are two US missile defense systems in Romania and Poland coupled with an advanced radar system in Turkey. Additionally, there are forward based US destroyers in Spain. This is all meant to support the defense of Europe from a rogue nation ballistic missile attack. It’s also called Operation Atlantic Sentry. It is a U.S. European Command (USEUCOM) with a NATO mission primarily focused on Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD). Its specific role involves the operation and integration of advanced radar and interceptor systems to protect the alliance from ballistic missile threats. Hope this helps @piersmorgan

So not only has Iran brazenly lied about its ballistic missile range capacity, but this means it can probably hit the UK with them - and we have zero, I repeat ZERO, defence against these missiles. Very worrying.
