Small business owners can't afford the corporation rates to city council for even pubs and restaurants if they're not in the hottest attraction areas. Touring Mt. Joy Square, O'Connell & Parnell Sts. I came across the New Irish lads coming in. Some couldn't understand my accent! Some didn't know where St. Patrick's cathedral was. Time for a good cleanup! Time to get up and vote out these crooks and fraudsters!
