@_Sozyko_ It may help, depends where the curvature is on your back, often people get put into an anterior pelvic tilt with the front anterior side dipping further than the posterior side of the pelvis (ASIS vs PSIS). This is common and more prevalent in women. Working the abs can help…

@m1sfitx Mouse is subjective, zowie and vaxee mixe are used by many pros. Personally I love my ec2cw despite it weighing 76 grams and my steelseries prime mini wireless at 73. Many pros use 70+ gram mice.
