@awkwardgoogle The greeting from K-Drama "Extraordinary Attorney Woo Young Woo" which *everyone* knew a couple of years ago. Fantastic series, one of the best portrayals of high-functioning autism ever.

No matter how many times I hear it, I'm still blown away by her voice. She possessed one of the finest singing voices in music history. Can you name this song? 🤔

🚨 BREAKING: In an incredible moment, Secretary Bobby Kennedy responds to President Trump saying he won't get to heaven "You didn't believe you were gonna get to heaven...YOU are doing GOD'S WORK here!" *Trump flashes a huge smile* "You've made peace in the Middle East...and now, you're giving millions of Americans a chance to have babies. You're doing this while the government is locked down, by the Democrats." "This is because of your energy, commitment and vision. And I want to thank you for allowing me to be part of it." ❤️🇺🇸 RFK Jr. and Trump are a GREAT team!

@nborgaonkarx It's a regional word usage thing. The North American usage of "Asian" refers only to East Asia (China, Japan, Korea, etc.). "South Asian" is used to refer to India, Pakistan, etc.

FILE ATTACHMENT: BADDAY.MPG Before YouTube existed, one 27-second clip broke the early Internet and email servers. In 1996, Vinny Licciardi - a real employee at tech company Loronix - sat at his office cubicle, lost his temper, slapped his monitor, smashed his keyboard like a baseball bat, and KICKED the computer across the floor. The video spread by email as "badday.mpg" in 1997, hitting over 2 million views in days, becoming one of the FIRST viral videos in history. I got this 100s of time sent to me in 1997, it was my slowest email download each time, taking ~18 minutes on dialup! But I did laugh each time. AOL, EarthLink and other ISPs banned the attachment by name. So folks just changed the name. No one ever credited or knew who first shared it. And no one cared especially Vinny. Times changed and sharing, well it is going out of fashion…

@QuarkMart @immigrantsprob How many words do you know? Same idea. Kanji are more like words than letters. Also, kanji characters are made up of smaller sub-characters which make reading easier. Simple example 木=tree, 林= woods, 森=forest.

@kangminlee Would you prefer people pronounce your surname as "ee" per the original Korean or are you ok adding the "L" to make it easier for foreigners to remember?

"Living in America with a name like mine, it wasn't easy. In fact, it sucked." Mispronouncing someone's name is a minor inconvenience, not a genuine struggle. When you move to a Western country, you can't expect every person you meet to perfectly pronounce a foreign name on the first try. People mispronounce my name all the time. All I have to do is correct them. Yet these sanctimonious ivory tower boba libs show zero gratitude for the country that welcomed them, zero empathy for the people who welcomed them in, and throw tantrums over petty slights. That's exactly why sentiment is turning against immigrants like them. They're entitled, acting like they deserve special treatment while offering nothing in return. And that's why they can't even have an ounce of patience for people who mispronounce their names. If mispronounced names and "microaggressions" are enough to make your life suck, you've been bubble-wrapped your entire life.

@draloneboy Maybe the left have a more realistic view of the state of the country and the right are looking through rose-colored glasses in a world where making any negative comment about the U.S. is perceived as traitorous. Just maybe.

CNN’s Kasie Hunt pulled up an NBC poll claiming 23% of Americans say the United States is not one of the greatest countries in the world. Scott Jennings saw through the narrative instantly and flipped it on her. JENNINGS: “And if you looked at the splits on that by politics, what would you find?” HUNT: “I don’t have that slide...” JENNINGS: “But if you looked at the splits on how people feel about America, the promise of America, if you look at whether they’re proud of their country or not, Gallup has measured this.” “Republicans and conservatives are proud to be Americans, and it’s Democrats and liberals who are not.” “And I think if you looked at the splits in that, you’d find...the lines on the graph going this way.” “I think there’s a political movement in this country right now built on telling people that America is rotten at its core.” “And it’s not the Republican ideology.”

US Attorney Jeanine Pirro on case against alleged press dinner gunman: "We have a lot of evidence that indicates his intent... whether it was, you know, following what the president was doing, where he was going, to the day of the of the event at the hotel. Tracking on his phone: Is the president in the ballroom yet? Has the president sat down yet? What time will dinner be served? This is clearly — the president is a target. And make no mistake, it is not just the manifesto, it is his actions."
