@DJSnM @smartereveryday Hike through 20 degrees of longitude? (~1240 miles east/west)

In 2021 I followed the suggestion of @smartereveryday and challenged myself to hike almost 1800 miles. This year I aimed to hike 100km in vertical elevation gain. But…. I don’t have any ideas for what to do in 2023.

@Astro_Eustice Work on a team (could be something small like a hackathon) and stumble upon a problem that doesn’t have a good solution yet. For me it’s difficult to stick with a project unless I know someone might appreciate it when it’s done.

@DJSnM That's my design! If anybody is wondering, this will be part of our SSTO and Reusable Rockets lesson along with my rendition of the Falcon 9. This particular SSTO (made with Ferram Aerospace) can take 4 tons to orbit and return for a remarkably stable landing. $2.9k fuel cost.

@KasperVld @Astro_Eustice @DJSnM @KerbalEdu We're using Kerbal Engineering Redux, Ferram Aerospace Research, Infernal Robotics, and some other mods to make the simulation as realistic as possible. For now, we hadn't planned on using features like telemetry output. Do you know of any mods that would support that?
