We found a softball tournament along the road through New Hampshire, so we decided to stop for lunch and watch one of the games. They were selling lots of delicious homemade food. The rules were pretty easy to understand and it was actually really fun to watch.

After a long day of driving we’ve finally had the time to explore a bit and it was WORTH it. This is somewhere in the Watkins Glen State Park in New York. For a moment I felt like I was deep in the jungle searching for an ancient lost city.

America is huge with varying climates. I think its accurate to say water breaks at 16 degrees doesn't make much sense. However, go anywhere southeast. Theres a big difference between humid and dry heat. Imo, those breaks are extremely warranted there. I do agree that in Canada and the American northwest, its completely unnecessary.
