Battlers need to do better upholding their obligations and leagues need to know the risk associated and accomodate

@TheChrisPetty Fans are people too. If a fan gets fired and can’t buy the event they don’t have to announce it on social media and take accountability for not contributing to the culture. It’s a slippery slope you and the outraged fans a sliding down pause.

As a business you can't just say my bad, I didn't deliver the experience/service you paid for and nothing happens after that.

@TheChrisPetty If you truly understand that emergencies happen then you’ll understand if your Chef gets sick and you have to wait an extra 30 minutes for the Sous Chef to take over and prepare your meals after cleaning the kitchen. Or if your favorite Chef calls out cause a tragedy struck him.
