@DukeMuse Measurements need a bit of tweaking. Both Foster and Boozer lost a bit of weight to make them more athletic and give them durability. Foster is listed at 200 now, and Boozer is 195. Also, Blackwell looks like one of the 2 biggest OVERestimations on their part.

Duke is so lucky to have Cayden Boozer coming back for his sophomore season. He’s proven he can fill every point guard role asked of him, and I suspect the Duke coaching staff will deploy him in each of those roles throughout the season.

Need someone to lead the second unit off the bench? He can do it. Need someone to push the pace off the bench? He can do it. Need a starting PG? He can do it. Need someone to play near 40 minutes/game due to injury or circumstance? He can do it.

@Sawyer23NYK These are pretty realistic expectations for a Duke freshman that is expected to play a role on a championship caliber team, even if he’s coming off the bench. His production will vary game to game but he will have individual moments/games that will pop. Any other questions?

I don’t think some fan accounts account for the other players on the team and if one shines that means someone who’s expected to be better, underperforms. Foster is expected to make a jump, two other OAD expectations AND my man’s son from Georgetown who won’t have the impact in year one as he’s expected to in year two, BUT many fans expect him to be very very good in year one.

We’re going to get our first Duke 5x5 practice footage soon and all will be right with the world again.
