Warmest weekend of the year, Cardiff barrage buzzing. @coffi_co shuts at 3:30, has refunded me for the food order I made 15 mins ago, has no beers and will lose a fortune I imagine! Shambles!

Spoon fundraisers are a team, but some initiatives demand a certain level of credit. Martin spearheaded the Autumn lunch in partnership with the @WalesConcSoc that has raised more than £300,000 in the last 10 years. Hats off to you Martin!! #WoodenSpoonDay #StirringSmiles

Support from local businesses like @WatkinsandGunn and others is appreciated and vital. Through business networks and the determination of individuals within companies, we spread the word of what we do and raise the much needed money to do it. #WoodenSpoonDay #StirringSmiles

Huw's been our Regional Chair for around 15 yrs. His passion for rugby & his determination to improve things for disadvantaged children is evident in all he does for Wooden Spoon. He is an inspiration & living proof that not all heroes wear capes. #WoodenSpoonDay #StirringSmiles

There is a strong argument to be made that if Nigel Farage was PM, we would be bombing Iran right now. The video below shows clearly that Nigel Farage supported joining the US and Israelis to attack Iran at the start of the conflict. While Reform are now trying to distance themselves from the idea, at their Welsh manifesto launch just a 13 days ago, Farage was clear on where he stood. He said was “generally” somebody who was “very, very deeply nervous about getting involved with foreign wars” but that “there is something fundamentally different about Iran”. He then bizarrely links Iran to unfounded accusations of election rigging in the Gorton and Denton byelection where Reform were defeated by the Greens. He said if there was “one big justifiable reason why we should have supported the Americans on day one” that “if this war stops Iran getting a nuclear bomb it will have been worth it.” Just five days after this Mr Farage rowed back saying Britain should “not get ourselves involved in another foreign war”. It is clear from this video that if Nigel Farage was Prime Minister, there is a good chance we would be bombing Iran right now.

Casar: "Trump said oil prices going up would be a 'small price to pay.' Well, everything for Trump is a small price to pay because he never pays it. It's not his budget getting stretched thin. It's not his kids getting shipped off to war. They're too busy cashing in on business deals with Middle Eastern despots."

Hypocrisy Isabel warns that Britain could become a Muslim country while comfortably living in one herself. Apparently, 6.5% is a threat, but 100% is just fine when it's convenient. #bbcbreakfast #r4today #bbcqt
