Duleek CFR

Today marks 10 years since we went live with the National Ambulance Service. Each year we have been getting busier receiving more calls. Last year alone we received 154 calls. We’d like to thank all those who have been involved in anyway with the group over those 10 years.

Our annual table quiz will take place in The Carranstown Lodge Duleek on Thursday 28th March. The draw for our Easter raffle will also take place that night. More details to follow As a voluntary group your support is much appreciated.

look back at 2023. 9th yr responding to calls. Responded to 49 calls. Launched new public access defibrillator @ Reask Duleek & held Heartsaver course for local residents. Replaced outdoor heated cabinets at Duleek & Mt Hanover & maintained our other PADs at Bellewstown & Donore.

You do not need any medical training as training will be provided by our own instructors. You will need access to a vehicle and also undergo Garda vetting.

We are now taking expressions of interest from those who may be interested in becoming a community first responder in the future.

📣 we’re having a fundraiser concert on Sat 21st Oct at 8:30pm in Duleek Courthouse, A92 A9RY. Music is by The Dukuleles, a Duleek based ukulele band, of which 3 of our responders are members. Admission is only €5 with proceeds going to Duleek CFR Group. A night not to be missed

Delighted to attend presentation of cheques from Indaver community grant scheme. This money has been used to upgrade some of our training & response equipment. As a voluntary group these grants are vital to us providing this service to our community. Thanks to all involved.
