Dion Phaneuf was traded to the Senators. This is now the third Canadian team he has played for. That's kinda cool.

I got to the bench and the guys started making TSN's highlight of the night sound. They're hilarious.

John Tortorella and I are both returning to action tomorrow when our teams play each other. I called him but all I heard were swear words.

I blew out my birthday cake but 2 candles were still lit. They said I had 2 girlfriends and everyone laughed. It was funny.

I will not be returning to action before the all-star break. Meaning I'll be back sometime after the all-star break.

I got a new jacket for Christmas. It is really nice but it is not the right size so I have to go exchange it.
