I'm 100% positive that this diagram is true to the point that I almost consider Dragon Dogma games a kind of Monster Hunting spin-off where the focus is still hunting big monsters but with an open world and more evolved story telling.

@Ranuxell3 AT arkveld for me is the most frustrating yet fun monster in new gen, sometimes it force me to use every game mechanic like environmental exploit, cancel nuke, etc. It's really fun soloing him with non shield weapon... Why? Because guard up broke the game balance (•‿•)

In wilds case it’s sad with just how high quality the models are, and how their body’s react to being hit enough
from Healthy -> Patching -> Exposed Wound -> Scarring
It looks/works phenomenally in gameplay! but tempered wounds don’t look as natural cus of the blue + Textures

Something I’m not fond of in modern Monster Hunter is just how much stuff they put over monsters World had horrible white patches on hit and then tied them to Claw tenderize Sunbreak had Afflicted Red 40 monsters Wilds has the tempered wounds which aren’t AS bad but ehh…

@MHFZZEnjoyer Well the Sunbreak life steal (blood rite) is pretty fair imo, we I have no problem with life steal mechanic in MH but at least make it fair. But honestly, playing ZSD with health augment and Rock steady will be so funny in wilds lmao

@Ranuxell3 For me RiseBreak have the most banger BGM in new gen, We have Shagoogoo Magoogoo (coming in wilds), Valstrax, All mother, Magnamalo, Malzone, and other that I can't say because Elon limit my freedom of speech in one reply. I hope all flagship will be in future game like GU/XX
