Minato does not auto teleport there are actions he has to take before the teleport can happen. Even if we said Minato had time to prep all his teleport spots flash still runs faster than thoughts. He'd literally catch Minato before he could teleport every time.

@DumbShadowClone fastest I've seen reported on his reaction time is millisecond. Extremely fast and he has multiple other powers at his disposal. I'm definitely not saying he's losing a 1v I just think flashs speed is so fast he doesn't get the opportunity to use the port and that's where I stop
