This would be a huge problem for authorities and it would explain why they failed to arrest Jackson on probable cause. 400 other kids and their families were interviewed and they all had positive statements towards Jackson. Neverland employees also denied seeing any wrongdoing and testified in Jackson’s favor at a grand jury proceeding, which is why jurors failed to indict. The evidence in the 1993 case was actually in Jackson’s favor, which is why if he had went forward with a criminal case, he would have definitely been acquitted of all charges. But because the judge in the case kept on ruling against his desire to have the criminal case come before the civil case, as well as the advice of his business advisors and because of the bad publicity from the press, he settled with the Chandlers for a total of $15.3 million. He knew that this family was just after money and had no intention of getting justice or putting him behind bars which is why they constantly ran from criminal court, so he just gave them what they wanted. Something that would haunt him for the rest of his life and that he always regretted.

These was way more than just Vitiligo. Y’all need to start saying the truth at this point tho, most of Michael Jackson’s cosmetic surgeries were not required for vitiligo, we have to somewhat agree at some point that he took advantage of the situation and did more surgeries than he should have actually done. He had an image he wanted to portray and he got it. Vitiligo affects skin pigment, not facial structure, It doesn’t require nose jobs, chin reshaping, possible cheek and facial contour work or major facial surgery. These are aesthetic choices, not medical treatment for vitiligo. The only explanation for this decision is possibly his desire to refine his appearance due to pressure from fame and personal insecurities. There possibly was a need to maintain a consistent look of his choice while his skin condition progressed.
