I stopped by the burial site of our parents this evening at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery on the north edge of Duncombe,Iowa. It was a birthday visit to someone special who we miss so much and love.. .Thank you...

Today would have been our mother's 102nd birthday.We sure miss her...and our father too...but sure grateful to both of them. She has been gone for 20 years this autumn ...and 30 years for our father in October..Happy birthday mom...

Gearing up for my appearance this weekend for two performances for "Fiddler On The Roof, Sr" on the stage of the Webster City Community Theater this Friday night and Sunday afternoon! It will mark show number 23 for me and the fourth time I've performed Fiddler! This is the senior version which is a bit abridged from the classic show in 1964...aimed at cast members my age! It will be fun!

Well...tonight is the last night for rehearsal for the fourth time I have performed in "Fiddler on the Roof" in Webster City. I play the priest in the "To Life" scene....and I even do the bottle dance...worth the price of admission. I have had fun with this cast. Just two shows...Friday night and this Sunday afternoon. So...Drink L'Chaim and Stay Safe Hamilton County! It will be a great show!!
