We are #throwingback to #Flotilla200, which celebrated the 200th anniversary of The Union Canal. Great to see the local communities coming together to enjoy the canal towpaths by paddle, boot and wheel, not to mention the beautiful boats! #canalmagic

Over the past two weekends 400 children have received presents from Santa on our Christmas cruises. Well done all our volunteers who made this happen - despite the ice on the canal.

It's good to see Santa braving the ice to return to our Linlithgow basin to give presents to children on our cruises today.

@scottishcanals 3 boats been attacked by vandals @kelpies and one the previous night. Very lucky that one boat narrowly missed drifting down and smashing against locks. 2 boats been struck assess damage in the morning. Are you going to do anything about this or continue to ignore
