@dunkindonuts do better! I ordered a Carmel iced latte. Not only did they charge me for an iced coffee(didn’t ask for) then took them another twenty mins still no drink!!! So I drove off. An $11 sandwich instead. I was almost late for my appointment! Do better!

Thanks Dunkin for the 2nd/3rd degree burn this morning! The location my husband visited was in Vermilion, OH Rte 60. No incident report filing was offered. Yes they are aware this happened. Do better! Your cups suck! Your lids suck! This is the result.. @dunkindonuts

@dunkindonuts Hey Dunkin’! I’ve just had the worst customer experience this morning! I picked up my order, but they’d swapped my six Choco Crème for Bavarian. I went back to ask for a refund, but the staff told me to just take the box.I had to throw away 6 because I’m allergic.

@dunkindonuts “snackin bacon” more like a ball of uncooked regular sandwich bacon. I don’t think I have had a slice with the maple flavor in a few months, now we just get handed a handful of uncooked bacon instead.

@dunkindonuts hey your app charged me twice back in March they said to go on the app to get a refund. So I called and they said 10-12 days I will get my refund. havnt got anything yet that was well over 15 days. I have emailed u guys twice.

@dunkindonuts I got two bacon egg & cheese sandwiches from your shop in Huntsville AL that had purposeful pubic hair in them. I went back to the store to get a refund and no manager was onsite. Your website doesn’t let me file a complaint. This is a health risk.

Not me getting 8 and a half donuts of the 10 I ordered (on top of zero glazed). Second time this week @dunkindonuts just choose to give me all wedding cake donuts even though the first time they had glazed 😅

I’m seriously about to call in quits with @dunkindonuts. Not only have I not had a decent donut in a decade, (neither have you), they’re continuing to allow their brand to be used in an attempt to *literally* sugar coat real issues plaguing the people of Massachusetts. @MassGovernor prances around in her ridiculous Dunkin drag king ensemble and uses Munchkins to explain real life problems to us like we’re actual morons. Wait till you hear what else they have been up to regarding my favorite topic..

As the 1st customer of DD in Knightsville SC. I have never been treated so poorly as today in your drive thru, the order was weird but it’s all my sister drinks, and we got laughed at. mgr did nothing. Very very upset @dunkindonuts DO BETTER!
