Shockingly, it turns out deliberately elbowing an opponent in the face is in fact a clear red card offence.

@NathanMacfarl17 @Jamie_Millard @dundeeunitedfc The video clearly shows him turning to look at Waters then deliberately smashing him in the face with his elbow. It's a clear red card and appealing will likely see an extra game added, as it should for frivolous appeals with no chance of success.

@mooneyleon @Morton_FC Incredible that papers got away with printing that much guff. Checking teams for Cameroon games in the 80s and 90s shouldn't have been an impossible task which would have shown he only had one cap, and checking who was in their 1990 World Cup squad can't have been hard!
