P1 worked very hard to weave paper to make their own tartan. They made kilts for Huggy bear!

P1 had a lovely Scottish afternoon today with P2/3. They did Scottish dancing, recited poems, sang Scottish songs, tasted Shortbread and Irn-bru and finished with Auld Lang syne! What a party! @LiteracyPKC1

P1 had fun making pictures of different places in Dunning. We made a map and described how to get Teddy from one place to another. @NumeracyPKC1 @LiteracyPKC1

P1 enjoyed their Christmas service at the church today. Merry Christmas everyone!

P1 wanted to say thank you to P7 for running our Christmas Party today. They loved wearing their party clothes and had great fun playing games and eating snack!

P1 were proud to deliver their Christmas card to P7.

P1-3 did three amazing performances of ‘Everyone loves a baby.’ We are very proud of you all!

This was the last week of our Parachute games after school club for P1 & 2. The children have had great fun playing lots of different games and singing songs.😃

P1 had a visit from Craig and Graham, firefighters from Amber watch in Perth. They found out how the Fire service can help people and the equipment they use. It was exciting to get to squirt the hose!

P1 had a fantastic visit from Lizzie, our local Community Police officer today. They learned about how the Police help to keep people safe. It was exciting to dress up, see all the equipment, sound the siren and make the lights flash on the Police car!

Primary 1 have been writing and making numbers in different ways. Rainbow numbers on the Promethean board, painting numbers, writing numbers in the lentil tray and plasticine numbers. @NumeracyPKC1

We gathered in our house groups for our first house assembly today. Thank you to the P7’s for organising it!
