@mokone_eddie I'm from Scottish stock, couldn't bring myself to replace a 7 month old pair of shoes. Unless they had air soles (damaged) or you're doing 150km a week they should be fine. A thumb press on the soles will tell you if they're too soft. 5 days a week, maybe simply overtraining?
