Riftbounders are wayyy too quick to proclaim tier 0 formats. Same mofos saying Draven is t0 were saying Kaisa was t0 in set 1, and it turned out Annie and MF were on par with her. People are still figuring the set out. Give it time instead of doomposting everywhere
