@goustocooking Rarebit Toast w/ Truffled honey & Mushrooms. I really hate these grills inside ovens, it was so much easier when they were separate units. Toast your ciabattas, don't grill 'em before putting on the sauce. Mushrooms are nice, but my own rarebit mix is nicer.
