Let me explain why. Yes, Beni has meetings today, but that doesn’t mean tomorrow the discussion topics will be live or concluded. Our community (some members) can be sometimes naive, constantly asking for updates in real time. I’ve not seen any Cardano, Solana, or Sui community posts demanding such info from their founders since Trump won… Business in the US isn’t about bragging that X spoke to Y, hoping token Z pumps because of reason W. For example, people blindly asked for years: “When EGLD on Coinbase?” They had no clue the process took two years, involving legal reviews and implementing Coinbase’s Rosetta standard. It was all open-source on GitHub. A bit of research would’ve shown the listing was ongoing 🧠 Some complained there were “no results” after the US meeting in Miami. Here’s the truth: Those meetings in January 2021 happened before a major US political shift (Biden’s presidency). Since Biden took office, what’s happened in crypto? Lawsuits. Developers jailed. Endless SEC fights. Do you think it’s smart to burn resources fighting US regulators instead of building tech? In hindsight, avoiding risky moves back then was the right call. Another complaint: “No EU results after meetings with ministers.” Let me ask: what other L1 has two national bank licences and is fully MiCA-compliant from day one? Do you think those agreements came from “smiling nicely,” or from years of meetings with state officials? And don’t forget the EU is behind the tech curve by design. Plus, the Biden presidency influenced EU politics, not to mention the war in Europe. Now let’s talk about Asia meetings. What did we gain? •A listing on Upbit, Korea’s biggest exchange, where they bought 1M EGLD, pumping our bags. •Connections with Korean government officials, learning their ways of business. •Paving the way for xMoney expansion globally. Here’s the thing: Most discussions are under NDAs. Even without them, morality tells us not to brag about meetings unless agreements are signed and implemented. If you constantly shill after every meeting, you lose credibility, and fewer important doors will open. So, what’s the takeaway? •Lower your expectations. •Think and analyse before pressuring for updates. •Understand not everything can or should be publicised. •Accept that some questions don’t deserve answers. Beste @NOS De zorgpremie stijgt omdat de meevallers op zorg (1 miljard euro 2023-2025) volgens de regels naar een lagere zorgpremie horen te gaan, maar de regering bij de voorjaarsnota besloot dat niet te doen. Onacceptabel! Er is dus geen verband tussen de oplopende zorgpremie komend jaar en voorspellingen van oplopende zorgkosten. Daarnaast is het een hysterische voorstelling van zaken om de CBS-definitie van de zorgkosten te nemen, want daarin worden iedereen-en-zn-ouwe-moer meegeteld als zorgkosten zoals kinderopvang bijvoorbeeld, wat geen zorg is, want de kinderen in de reguliere kinderopvang zijn gezond 😃 Hieronder het daadwerkelijke plaatje van de netto zorgkosten van 76 miljard euro in 2021 en een prima 9% bbp in de jaren 2010-2027.
