But if you’re using your own money to buy something, you should know what’s in it. And it’s explicitly stated that Neo isn’t in it.

If Sparking Zero replaced Deluxe/Ultimate with Neo/Legendary, Bandai should’ve said if you have or get the two editions before Neo’s launch, you either get a really reduced sales price for Neo or like y’all have said get Neo for free bc they have made what ppl paid for obsolete.

UPDATE: Sparking Zero got rid of the Deluxe/Ultimate Editions and replaced them with a Neo/Legendary Editions with a sale. That’s not dealing in good faith. Then the Neo edition doesn’t even include the Season Pass. Hell Nah that’s not right. I’m seeing what ppl were talking bout

This Ultimate Edition take for Sparking Zero is a clear sign of a lack of COMMON SENSE! The Ultimate Edition was for YEAR 1 & THE FIRST SEASON PASS IN 2024‼️ Neo is a YEAR 2 DLC! the Ultimate Edition has nothing to do with Neo! Why do y’all think Neo should’ve been free.

I can't think of 5 games that have done this method of repackaging games besides Sega with sonic x shadow generations and they did it way better. The practice may not be unique to Bandai but the botched execution is solely on Bandai. Not to mention it didn't release for console players for a whole 12 hours after it released on steam lol.

@Whyyouyelling1 @Savageking_30 @KingJordan_57 Yes. The previously released material (DLC) is now cheaper, now that the new DLC is out lol. That’s how it works. All games ex: Mortal Kombat, do this. To entice NEW people so devs can keep going, they reduce price of the DLC or even give it for free.

@KingJordan_57 Buying ultimate editions at launch gives you a small discount from DLC season pass. Ultimate on release: 110.00 Base game - 70 DLC 1 - 15 DLC2 - 15 DLC 3 - 15 Total: 115.00 115>110. If you know you’re gonna want all DLC as they drop, get ultimate. If not, buy standard.

Sparking Zero is following this new trend where the Deluxe Edition becomes the latest DLC + base game while the Ultimate/Special/Legendary Edition becomes the base game with everything else. This kills the need to buy anything but the standard edition at launch for games.

Then I realized without it, we’d get final janky games til I need to buy a sequel a year later… like it was pre DLC era.

@JustSlaythe @KingJordan_57 If you bought the previous ultimate edition, then you already saved money for the season pass DLC Base game + individual dlc = 115.00 Deluxe edition (which includes the season pass dlc = 110.00 You bought their ultimate edition for that purpose. Not a brand new expansion.
