I invested in a very expensive camper & it was damaged by @CampingWorld . Took 14 months for them to fix, along with several other issues. Talking to your staff has not been successful. They nearly damaged the legs a second time when I was picking it up... I work too hard to get screwed this bad. Im reaching out one last time before I lawyer up.

@DieselBABE20 @CampingWorld Bought a camper at a Camping World a few years ago, they had it for 9 months of the first 12 fixing and re-fixing things. 1st time I got it back, had more issues with it then when I originally took it in for. I sent a text to @marcuslemonis and got nothing.

@CampingWorld Well really, your customer service is terrible and your service department—if they answered the phone—was always 2 months behind.

DO NOT BUY FROM @CampingWorld SYRACUSE LIED ,SCAMMED, SUCKERED ME- PAID 2K FOR PREMIER PACKAGE AND DIDNT DO SHIT TO CAMPER- DIDNT EVEN CHECK FOR WATER LEAKS WHICH SAID ALL GOOD, 1ST TIME USE ,WATER LEAKED FROM ENDLESS HOT WATER UNIT! 2025 HIDEOUT AND ITS STILL IN THEIR SHOP! SUCK

@DieselBABE20 @MidclassMerican @CampingWorld Every story, I mean EVERY story, I’ve heard about Camping World has been a warranty or service nightmare! Can’t recall 1 positive story once paperwork was signed. We’ve been looking for a while. If I see their name listed, POOF, tab closed and back to search results.

@CampingWorld @DieselBABE20 @marcuslemonis Camping world has gone down hill they never fix anything in a timely manner I think there big flags are just for show because they clearly are not a genuine classy American company

@CampingWorld you people are the worst company ever. How is it I take my brand new camper in for service because the idiots who built it, put the shower drains backwards. Leaked all over the place. Take it in to camping world Dover fl, and they have it for 2 weeks. Pick up today because it’s “DONE” Get there and NOTHING WAS DONE. So, you take my money for another repair you didn’t even get my authorization for, and you bill warranty according to the paperwork and DO NO WORK…. Wild

@CampingWorld @marcuslemonis I spent money for a silly checkmark just to post about the terrible experience I’m having with Camping World of Kodak, TN. Please read the reviews you will notice a pattern, the only good reviews are the ones from people who have just purchased the camper. The negative are people like me trying to get camping world to care about them once they have made the purchase and need service/repairs. After having a negative experience with the sales team at the Kodak TN location, I made the decision to drive over 5 hours to Greenwood Indiana to purchase my NEW 2024 Heartland Eddie Bauer 322BH-C, and boy I could not of asked for a better buying experience than I received in Indiana. I made this purchase 05/10/2025, fast forward to October, I have a leak in my roof. I am not going to drive 5 hours for warranty work. I take the camper into the Kodak location the beginning of November 2025. The parts and service department love the phrase "parts shortage" My camper set at this location until March 18, 2026. FIVE MONTHS to repair a leaking roof. Now, that same day, on my way home I have a tire blow out that causes catostrophic damage. At first I was inclined to think this was not Camping World's fault, but the camper was less than a year old, the tires were properly inflated, so why would the tire explode like it did ripping wiring out of the camper, knocking a hole in the floor and causing the axel to need to be replaced? However, Camping World of Kodak, assured me it would be repaired promptly and would be like new. Enter their favorited phrase "parts shortage" . My camper sat at this location from March 18, 2026 to June 13, 2026. Another 3 months, in total that means in the 13 months I have owned the camper, Camping World of Kodak has had it 8 months. I left Camping World of Kodak on the6/13/2026 after a cursery walk through, by myself, however I should have taken more time, because the surprise that awaited me an my family when I booked a 3 night stay June 18-21 was disheartening to say the least. I hooked the water up, had my wife turn on sinks and shower, just to ensure they are working, and what do we find but water running out into the floor of the kitchen area. Where is the leak, its not under the sink. I had to remove an access panel to find plumbing not even connected, as well as find exposed insulation. We dried it the best we could but I cannot fit in a small access panel just big enough for one's hands. Now we have to worry about mold as well as wonder what damage may have been done to the subfloor and to the electrical. Leaking plumbing is bad, but we can salvage the weekend, we can go 3 nights without running water. The next problem was a bigger issue. The thermistat would not keep power, which means no AC. Here is the real kicker, you could push down on the toilet flusher and the thermostat would turn on and off. Now I have to worry about wiring issues. Will the camper catch fire? I don't know, but I do not trust the work they have done. Then there is damage to trim they worked on and paneling falling off the walls. These are just the issues I found in one weekend, what did I not find, what will I never find? How dangerous is this camper for my family to stay in on our family trips? I spent most of Friday, June 19, speaking with customer service. I was told that Camping World of Kodak released the camper to me without all the work being completed. Now they want me to bring it back in for them to fix their screw up. Which means I would have to miss time at work. Even if they "fix" these issues how do I trust it was done properly after they released it to me in this condition? How could I sleep in it with my family and not worry? In the 8 months that Camping World has had possession of the camper, I have paid $3,272 in monthly payments. I have paid $680 in storage fees to keep my storage spot. My family has had to cancel trips. My new camper has spent more time in the possession of camping world
