She broke a bottle and tried to injure my “school daughter” right in front of me. There’s this girl I’ve known for a long time,my school daughter and we’ve always been good friends. She used to visit me often, sometimes even with a few of her friends. At that time, I wasn’t in any relationship. Later, I got into a relationship, and everything was going smoothly until my girlfriend started feeling uncomfortable about my friendship with her. She told me she didn’t want the girl around me anymore. I understood, but I explained that I couldn’t just cut her off immediately since I knew her before the relationship. I told her I would handle it gradually by setting boundaries.

@aproko_doctor I have hard time sleeping at night and find out that I doze off working or even playing games or watching a movie. I mean I can sleep at 10 or 11pm and still wake up soon tired. Is that an issue?

Bad sleep will mess up your progress like mad. Your growth happens when you sleep.
