It's not just me that's already over the whole, "haha, meme popcorn bucket" thing, right? You could certainly say it's just harmless fun, but 99% of these ugly chunks of plastic are going to end up in a landfill or wrapped around a fish within a couple months.

@marcogerardi96 OBS didn't have as much audio control when I built my current setup, and combining what I use with OBS gives me *even more* control over audio than I'd otherwise get. Literally everything is on a separate channel from everything else.

@AustinBowers020 Appreciate that! ❤️ Part of the work is done by my microphone; a Neumann TLM 103. Another part is the three filters I use in Premiere Pro. #1) Dynamics with a limiter around -3Db. #2) TWO Multi-Band Compressors; One with a high-pass filter, one with a Tighter Bass filter.

@DylanJClawson @Gruffuz Exactly, your audio is actually something I’ve studied to try and replicate because *in my opinion* it sounds fuller, warmer, and the high end isn’t scratchy. Which is why I’m so quick to defend it ❤️😂

@AustinBowers020 @Gruffuz To be fair, my audio is balanced towards the louder end for YouTube - but it's something I've dialed-in over years to make it loud and clear, without distortion, and is based on things I learned in college while doing audio work for television. YouTubers generally get it wrong.
