Ashley is a UEFA B Licence qualified coach with a wealth of experience coaching in professional football academies, specialising in individual player technical development. Some of you would have heard about Marvin, Marvin is a UEFA A Licence qualified coach, a graduate of the Premier League Elite Coach Apprenticeship Scheme, and has years of experience coaching in professional academies. Marvin became the youngest player in the Bristol City FCs history to make a first-team appearance, aged just 16 years and 71 days (a record that still stands), and represented England schoolboys U15-U18. They join us from Keynsham Town where they have brought through some of the best young talent in the area who have progressed to higher levels but have always been restricted in keeping these players. With the infrastructure and finances at the club they can hold on to the best and keep them to play at the Southbank.
